Ladies are invited to GROW in the Word as six exciting classes begin on January 19 at the GO Center.
Get together with friends and connect with new people on Tuesday mornings from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Classes run through April 13, 2010. In addition to women's classes, we also offer classes for homeschoolers, as well as nursery and childcare.
Homeschool classes must register through Stacey Fullilove.

Parenting from Surviving to Thriving by Chuck Swindoll – led by Lucy Gordon
This class will learn how God teaches His children, to thrive, not just survive. There are six Biblical principles covered in the book to help moms shape their children’s environments successfully. Book: Parenting from Surviving to Thriving by Chuck Swindoll ($ 20.00).
Prayer and Evangelism Study – led by Cyndi Wiseman
This study will prepare hearts to be used by God as soul winners and will teach techniques for leading others to Christ. Suggested book - Prayer Portions by Sylvia Gunter ($22.50).
Creation vs. Evolution and the Bible – led by JoAnn Bishop
This DVD study by Ken Hamm of Answers in Genesis presents helpful facts and insights that show God to be the creator of the universe with scientific evidence from the Bible itself and archaeological finds. Suggested Book – The New Answers Book 1 by Ken Ham ($10.00).
Passion for a Godly Home – led by Rosemarie Wilson
Rosemarie teaches from scripture and personal experience how to create home environments that are warm and nurturing and reflect our love of God. Also included, will be organizational tips and ways to celebrate special occasions in a Godly manner. No book required. (Cost of materials - $5.00).
Romans Part III by Kay Arthur – led by Wendy Wippel
This in-depth study of Part III of the book of Romans will cover a wealth of fascinating, liberating principles of the book through a study written by Kay Arthur. (Past participation in the Part I study is not required.) Book: Romans Part III by Kay Arthur ( $22.00).
A Woman’s Heart by Beth Moore – led by Beverly Riley
A DVD study of the tabernacle of God in the Old Testament and how it reveals God’s desire for a deeper relationship with His children. This in-depth study challenges ladies to prepare their hearts to be the homes for God’s love and His glory! Book: A Woman’s Heart by Beth Moore ($17.00).
