SHE Encourages
Encouragement is such a gift! Those who serve the church body and the community through encouragement probably will never know the extent of their gift.
She Encourages is a ministry which offers a thoughtful touch through cards, meals, hospital visits, blankets, and small gifts for our CHC family, the community, and mission projects.
Heart Hugs -
Provides a loving touch through hospital visits, encouragement cards, and meeting physical needs such as clothing or food.
Manna Meals -
We provide lunch each Sunday for the Desoto Sunrise
Emergency Shelter for girls.
Welcome Ministry -
Making a big church smaller, this team assembles and delivers welcome gifts to CHC's newest female members.
Sew In Love -
Provides a warm touch with blankets, scarves, and tote bags filled with toiletries and all kinds of goodies. These items have been used for new babies born into our CHC family, hospital ICU waiting rooms, abused women shelters, children's homes, and overseas mission projects. Whether you sew, knit, crochet, or just want to learn, we would love to have you. We have two classes which meet regularly at CHC - Monday nights at 6:00 p.m. or Tuesday mornings at 9:00 a.m.
