We believe that prayer makes a difference. No matter what your need is, we want to pray for you! Please complete the form below and hit SUBMIT. We ask that you complete all required fields below.

By default, we will pass your prayer request on to our staff and also publish it in our weekly prayer sheet so that our congregation can pray over your requests as well. However, if you select the confidential button, we will not publish your request.

All Confidential Requests will only be shared with the CHC Pastoral Staff and leaders of the Hope Prayer Team Only.
